Single occupancy in the selected room type: a 50% surcharge applies to the per-person rate for double occupancy.

Adult on an extra bed: 30% discount off the adult rate for double occupancy.

One or two children aged 2 to 11.99 sharing with two adults: €130 per child for the entire stay.

One adult sharing with one child (aged 2 to 11.99): single occupancy rate for the selected room type plus €130 for the child for the entire stay.

One adult sharing with two children aged 2 to 11.99: rate for two adults.

Payments

For all confirmed reservations, 50% of the total amount is required within 7 days of confirmation.

The remaining 50% must be paid by 1 December 2026.

For reservations made after 1 December 2026, 100% prepayment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellations made by 1 December 2026 are penalty-free and the deposit will be refunded.For cancellations made after this date, the 50% advance payment is forfeited to the hotel.

For cancellations after 1 December 2026, the 50% advance payment will be retained by the hotel. For reservations made and prepaid after 1 December 2026, a cancellation penalty of 100% of the reservation value applies.

In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the reservation value applies.
