Discounts
The prices are in BGN for a room for two with breakfast included, VAT, resort tax and all other types of fees.
Children up to 2 years – free.
Child from 2 to 11.99 years – accommodated with two adult companions – free of charge. This accommodation is possible in a standard room with partial sea view or apartment.
Two Children from 2 to 11.99 years – accommodated with two adult companions – free of charge. This accommodation is only possible in an apartment.
One adult with one or two children from 2 to 11.99 years. pays the price of the selected room.
Single accommodation in a double room or apartment does not have a discount.
An adult accommodated additionally pays 30% of the regular price of the room for the respective period. An adult on an extra bed can only be accommodated in a double room with a partial sea view.
The price of Apartment / Studio is based on rent for all accommodated.
Price of paid guarded Mistral Parking from 01.04.2022. until October 1, 2022 – BGN 14 per day.
Booking Conditions
Prepayment of 20% of the accommodation price up to 14 days after booking confirmation is needed.
Reservations that are not prepaid on time are not considered confirmed.
The remaining 80% is prepaid up to 7 days before check-in.
Cancellation of confirmed and prepaid reservation up to 7 days before check-in is free of charge and 20% advance payment is refunded to the client. The advance payment will not be refunded upon cancellation after this period.
PAYMENT TERMS
- 15% discount for reservations confirmed until 31.03.2024 with a check-in period of 01.06.2024. / 31.08.2024
- Prepayment of 50% of the accommodation cost up to 7 days after confirmation of the reservation. Reservations that are not prepaid on time are not considered confirmed.
- The remaining 50% is prepaid up to 14 days before check-in.
- Free cancellation of reservation up to 21 days from the date of payment of the deposit, 50% advance payment is returned to the client.
- Prepaid deposits are non-refundable if canceled more than 21 days after payment of the deposit.
