1. BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.Customer shall book hotel Mistral through:
• email us: reservation@hotelmistralbg.com;
• Direct booking through our website:
• via call: +359 579 71130

1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility for accommodation. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.

1.3 Prepayment for reservation is not required unless the customer wishes to pay one. To guarantee a reservation, the customer provides details from a valid debit or credit card.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1. Customer shall proceed for cancelation through:
• email us: reservation@hotelmistralbg.com;
• cancel through our website www.hotelmistralbg.com

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 3 (three) days before arrival, the customer does not owe a penalty. The deposit paid is refunded to the customer.

2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than three days before arrival or no-show, the customer will be charged the amount of first night.

2.4 Hotel Mistral reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the hotelier’s control.

3. ACCOMMODATION.
3.1. Check-in and check-out hours:
• Check-in every day after 14:00
• Check-out until 12:00

3.2. For late check – out the customer may contact a reception employee and will accordingly be advised and informed.

3.3. Pets are not allowed.

3.4. The personal data provided by you are protected under the Personal Data Protection Act are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1 Hotel Mistral undertakes to provide the client in full the services requested and paid for.

5.2. Hotel Mistral undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

5.3.Hotel Mistral shall not be liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.

5.4. All claims related to the quality of the paid services must be submitted by the customer on the spot at the hotel to remedy the weaknesses.

5.5. Amounts for requested and unused services in whole or in part due to the customer’s fault shall not be refunded.

5.6. All prices announced on the website of Hotel Mistral, as well as in the e-mail messages
sent to the customer are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be subject to other offers, promotions and terms. Hotel Mistral team is at your service for any additional information.

5.7. Additional services are not calculated automatically in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. Hotel Mistral shall not be responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms stored outside the personal safety box, restaurants or spa, as well as for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The Client assumes the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good behavior during his stay in the hotel. All costs of material damage caused to the hotel are due by the customer.

5.10. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Hotel Mistral, according to the provisions of national law. Therefore, in case of a finding of non-compliance with them, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a fee of BGN 100.00.

5.11 Hotel Mistral reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed..

5.12. When a customer makes a reservation, they are deemed to have met our General Terms and Conditions and agree with them. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered to be acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Residence at the hotel.

5.13. In all disputes and legal issues not settled by these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the site www.hotelmistralbg.com , the legal mandatory provisions in Republic of Bulgaria are in force.
